Title: Papaya Cucumber Salsa

2 | c | Finely diced English cucumber, unpeeled |
2 | c | Diced peeled papaya or mango |
2 | tb | Chopped fresh dill |
2 | tb | White wine vinegar or lime juice |

In bowl, combine cucumber, papaya, dill and vinegar. Season with pepper to taste. Salsa can be prepared up to one day in advance; drain liquid off before serving.
