1 | c | Boiling water |
3 | x | Egg yolks |
3/4 | c | Sugar |
1 | ts | Potato starch |
1 | c | Chopped nuts |
1 | tb | Lemon juice |
3 | x | Egg whites;stiffly beaten |

Soak: 1 cup dried apricots in 1 cup boiling water
In bowl;beat together: 3 egg yolks, 3/4 cup sugar,
Add: 1 ts.potato starch, 1 cup nuts chopped, 1 tb.lemon juice, pre-soaked
apricots,drained and cut up
Fold in: 3 egg whites,stiffly beaten.
bake in greased 9"square pan at 350 deg. for 40 minutes
