Title: Teriyaki Marinade

Yield: 1 Servings

1tbSesame oil
1/4cPineapple juice or 4 tbsp
  Brown sugar
1/2cOrange juice
1/4cSoy sauce
2tbLemon juice
4tbSugar
1 Bay leaf
2tsDried ginger
2tbDry vermouth or sweet rice
  Wine
1smGarlic clove, crushed
RCROCKETT

Mix all the ingredients in a jar. Use on beef, chicken, and pork. To give grilled meats an added glaze, use 1 1/2 times the amount of sugar called for and baste frequently during grilling so that marinade caramelizes on meats.
