3/4 | c | Paprika |
1/4 | c | Ground black pepper |
1/4 | c | Chili powder |
1/4 | c | Salt |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
2 | tb | Garlic powder |
2 | tb | Onion powder |
1 | tb | Ground cayenne |
Mix the spices thoroughly in a bowl. You can store leftover rub in a tightly sealed jar in the frig but it will lose potency over time.
