Title: Red Wine Marinade

Yield: 1 Servings
1 | c | Dry red wine or unsweetened red grape juice |
1/2 | c | Olive or vegetable oil |
1/4 | c | Chopped onion |
1/4 | c | Chopped fresh parsley |
2 | tb | Chopped fresh tarragon leaves* |
1/2 | ts | Coarsely ground pepper |
2 | ts | Finely chopped fresh garlic |
1 | ts | Grated lemon peel |
*2 teaspoons dried tarragon leaves can be substituted for 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon leaves.
In medium bowl stir together all marinade ingredients. Use to marinate 2 pounds meat (chicken, pork or beef). Cook as desired. Yield: 2 cups.
