| 3 | oz | Brown sugar |
| 3 | oz | Worcestershire sauce |
| 3 | oz | Yellow mustard |
| 1/4 | c | Catsup |
| 1/8 | c | Black pepper |
| 1/8 | c | Red pepper flakes |
| 3/4 | qt | Red wine vinegar |
| 1/4 | qt | White wine |
| 3 | oz | Salt |
Bring to boil and then simmer for about 1/2 hour. Do not cook or store in aluminum, store in glass.
