Cut chicken into serving pieces, place in a single layer in a pan, and pour marinade mixture over each piece. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Bake in marinade, covered, in a 350~ oven for 45 minutes or until chicken is well done. Turn pieces frequently and baste with sauce. Uncover and continue baking until brown, about 10 minutes. Makes 4 serving.
