1/2cKetchup
2cWater
1/4cLemon juice
1/4cDark vinegar
1/2tsSmoked salt
1 Onion, large, Wedge cut
1cCorn oil
3tbSoy sauce
2tbFrench's prepared mustard
1tsGarlic salt
1tsCoarse ground black pepper

Combine everything. Submerge steaks in it for 24 hours refrigerated and covered. Drain Well and broil as usual.
