1 | Green Pepper, Seeded and -Finely Chopped | |
1 | Scotch Bonnet Pepper, Seeded -and Finely Chopped | |
2 | Cloves Garlic, Minced | |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Freshly Ground Black Pepper |
1/2 | c | Chicken Stock |
1/2 | c | White Wine Vinegar |
Juice of One Lime | ||
1 | ts | Sweet Paprika |
1 | ts | Dried Oregano |
2 | Sprigs Fresh Coriander, -Finely Chopped | |
2 | Sprigs Fresh Parsley, Finely -Chopped |
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients to form a paste. Cover and refrigerate.
