1/2 | c | Low sodium soy sauce |
3 | Whole scallions -- thinly | |

1 | sm | Jalapeno -- sliced thin, |

1/2 | ts | Red pepper flakes |
8 | Thin strips | |
Orange zest |
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Use to marinade shellfish, chicken or pork.
