1/3	c	Grapefruit juice or lemon juice
1		Envelope Good Seasons Salad Dressing Mix
1/3	c	Oil
3	lb	Chuck steak or chicken pieces

Combine juice and salad dressing mix in cruet or jar with tight-fitting lid. Cover and shake well; add oil and shake again. Pour over steak in a shallow dish or pan. Cover; chill at least 3 hours. Broil in pre-heated broiler to desired doneness. Makes 6-8 servings. Recipe by: Good Seasons
