Yield: 15 Servings

1	c	Very strong cold black coffee,
1	c	Sugar,
2		Eggs,
1	c	Yoghurt
1	c	Flour,
2	ts	Baking powder

Preheat oven to 400oF, prepare pans. Put the first four ingredients into a bowl & mix well. Add the dry mix to the wet mix until just combined. Spoon into pans & bake for 15-20 mins. Makes 15.
