8 | oz | Cream Cheese, Room Temp. |
1/3 | c | Raisins Or Currants |
1/2 | ts | Ginger |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
2 | tb | Chutney, Chopped |
4 | tb | Sherry, Medium Dry |
Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then work in the raisins or currants, ginger, salt and chutney. Add the sherry, a T at a time, until the mixture is of spreading consistency.
