Title: Macadamia Nut Muffins

1 1/2 | c | All-purpose flour; sifted |
3/4 | c | Whole wheat flour |
1/3 | c | Sugar |
1/3 | c | Brown sugar; packed |
4 | ts | Baking powder |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | c | Macadamia nuts; chopped |
2 | Eggs | |
1/2 | c | Oil |
2/3 | c | Milk |
In large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and nuts. Beat eggs with oil and milk, add to dry ingredients, and quickly stir until moistened. Spoon into paper-lined muffin cups. Bake at 400~ for 20-25 minutes until golden. Makes 12 muffins.
