Title: Herbed Parmesan Muffins **

2cFlour
3/4cGrated parmesan cheese
2tsSugar
2tsBaking powder
2tsItalian herbs seasoning
1/2tsBaking soda
1/2tsSalt
1/2cBasil and parsley mixed; chopped
1 1/4cButtermilk
1/4cOlive -OR vegetable oil
1 Egg

Preheat oven to 400~. Grease 36 miniature muffin cups (or 12 large). In large bowl, combine flour, cheese, baking powder, Italian seasoning, baking soda, salt and basil-parsely mix. In small bowl, combine buttermilk, oil and eggs until blended. Stir into flour mix just until moistened. Spoon into muffin cups. Bake for 12-15 minutes for mini cups (15-20 minutes for large), or until tested done. Remove from pans. Serve warm.
