Title: Excelsior House Orange Blossom Muffins **

2 | c | Flour |
1 | tb | + 1 tsp baking powder |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | Egg; beaten | |
1/2 | c | Orange juice |
1/2 | c | Orange marmalade |
2 | tb | Vegetable oil |
1/2 | c | Pecans; chopped |
Combine dry ingredients; make a well in center. Add egg, orange juice, marmalade, and oil; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. fold in pecans. Spoon batter into greased muffin cups, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 400~ for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
