1		Egg
16	oz	Pumpkin
1	tb	Pumpkin Pie Spice
3/4	c	Sugar
2/3	c	Milk
2	tb	Oil
1/2	c	Nuts
2	c	Buttermilk Baking Mix
CINNAMON CREAM CHEESE SPREAD
8	oz	Cream cheese
2	ts	Cinnamon Sugar
1	ts	Orange Extract

Mix the egg with the pumpkin. Add the Pumpkin Pie spice, sugar, milk, oil, and nuts. Stir in buttermilk baking mix. Spoon into greased or paper-lined muffin tins. Bake in 400F overn 25 min. Cool. Slice in half and top both halves with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Spread. Sprinkle with Cake Mate Harvest Decors. Makes 18 muffins.

Cinnamon Cream Cheese Spread. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and orange extract.
