2 | ts | Baking Powder |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | Egg | |
3/4 | c | Milk |
1/4 | c | Veg. oil |
1/4 | c | Honey |
Combine first 3 ingred. in a lg. bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Combine egg, milk, oil, and honey; add to dry ingred., stirring just until moistened. Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 400 for 20 min. Yield: 10 muffins.
