Title: Coconut Raisan Banana Muffins

1/4 | c | Sugar |
2 | ts | Baking powder |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | c | Sliced almonds |
2 | | Small bananas;chopped |
1 | | Egg |
1/2 | c | Milk |
1/4 | c | Brown sugar |
3 | tb | Butter |
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, almonds, coconut, and raisins. Mix
in chopped banana's. Beat egg, milk, brown sugar and butter together. Add
to flour mixture until moistened. Spoon into 12 greased muffin pans.
Topping 1/3 c coconut 2 T butter 2 T almonds 2 T brown sugar 1/4 t cinamon
Mix ingredients together. Sprinkle over muffin batter. Bake at 375 degrees
about 25 min.
