Title: Pooh's Blueberry Muffins

1 1/2 | c | Flour |
2 1/2 | ts | Baking powder |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
1/4 | c | Butter |
3 | tb | Honey |
1/4 | c | Milk |
1 | | Lg Egg; beaten |
1/2 | c | Blueberries |
Grease 2 muffin pans. Sift and combine the flour, baking powder, salt and
sugar. Over low heat melt the butter and the honey. Stir together. Remove
from heat and add milk. Beat in the egg. Combine the 2 mixtures, stirring
until moistened. Stir in blueberries. Fill muffin tins 1/2 full and bake at
400 degrees for 20 minutes. (From the Pooh Cookbook)
