Title: Graham Cracker Muffins

1 Egg
3/4cMilk
2tbButter or margarine, melted
1cAll-purpose flour
1/3cSugar
3tsBaking powder
1/2tsSalt
3/4cFine graham cracker crumbs

In small bowl, beat egg lightly; beat in milk and melted butter or margarine; set aside. In large mixing bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in graham cracker crumbs. Make a well in center of dry ingredients; add liquid mixture. Stir lightly to combine mixtures. Spoon batter into greased muffin cups, filling 2/3 full. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan; serve warm.
