2	c	Mix
4	ts	Sugar
1		Large well beaten egg
2/3	c	Water
		Jelly, jam, chopped fruit or
		Peanut butter, cheese or
		Nuts

mix well. Fill muffin pan half full of batter. Add one of the folowing before the remainder of the batter. 1 tsp jelly or jam, 1 tsp any sweetened chopped fruit, 1/2 tsp chuck style peanut butter, small cube of cheese or a few nuts. Bake 400 for about 20 minutes
