1 | ts | Salt |
2 | c | Buttermilk |
1/2 | c | Butter; melted |
2 | Eggs |
Recipe by: Mom Preparation Time: 0:30 Stir together the dry ingredients to mix well. Add buttermilk, mixing just to blend and let stand for 20 minutes to soften the cereal.=20
Add melted butter and beaten eggs, but don't overmix.
Bake 15-18 minutes at 375 degrees.
