Title: Peurto Rican Corn Muffins

2 | c | Cornmeal |
1/2 | c | Whole wheat pastry flour |
1 | ts | Baking powder |
1/2 | ts | Baking soda |
1/2 | ts | Frsh black pepper |
1 | c | Grated cheddar cheese |
2 | Eggs beaten | |
1 | tb | Honey |
1 | tb | Oil |
2 | c | Buttermilk |
Mix all dry ingredients together. blend in the cheese. In another bowl whisk the wet ingredients together. Make a well in the drys and quickly stir in the liquids. Spoon into greased muffin cups. Bake 375 20 to 25 minutes or tested done.
