2 | c | Flour |
4 | ts | Baking powder |
1/2 | c | Romano cheese |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 | tb | Sugar |
1 | c | Milk |
1 | | Egg |
3 | tb | Melted butter |
1 | tb | Flvored garlic oil |
2 | | Cloves fresh garlic diced |
1/2 | c | Green onion tops chopped |
1/4 | c | Diced pimentos |
1/2 | c | Sliced green olives ( opt ) |
Mix first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Measure next 5 and blend in blender
until garlic chopped. Add green onions, pimentos and olives to dry
ingredients. add blenderized ingredients only stirring to combine. Fill
muffin tins 3/4 full. bake 375 about 20 mins or tested done. A nice main
course muffin.
