Title: Mincemeat Oatmeal Muffins

2 1/2cWhole wheat flour
1cRolled oats
1tbBaking powder
1tsBaking soda
1cMincemeat - see sep. recipe
1 1/2cOrange juice
3tbVegetable oil
1 Egg
2tbHoney
