1 | c | Rolled oats |
1 | tb | Baking powder |
1 | ts | Baking soda |
1 | c | Mincemeat - see sep. recipe |
1 1/2 | c | Orange juice |
3 | tb | Vegetable oil |
1 | | Egg |
2 | tb | Honey |

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix just until blended. Pour into
lightly oiled muffin cups. Bake in a 375~ oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
Yield: 18 muffins.
