1 | /2 c | unsweetened applesauce |
1 | egg + 2 egg whites | |
3 | /4 c | non-fat yogurt |

1 | tsp baking soda | |
1 | /2 | tsp salt |
2 | tsp vanilla | |
1 c | blueberries | |
1 | /3 c | chopped nuts (optional) |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 12 muffin cups with Pam.
Blend together butter, Fruit Sweet, and applesauce. Beat in egg and whites. Add yogurt and mix well. Blend flour, soda, and salt. Stir into batter. Add vanilla. Fold in blueberries and nuts. Spoon into muffin cups and bke 15-20 minutes.
