Title: Salmon Balls

14 | oz | Salmon, drained and flaked |
1/2 | ts | Liquid BBQ Sauce |
8 | oz | Cream Cheese |
1 | tb | Onion, grated |
1 | tb | Lemon Juice |
2 | ts | Horseradish |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1 | c | Walnuts or Pecans, chopped |
1/4 | c | Fresh Parsley, chopped |
Combine all except nuts and parsley. Shape into a log and roll in the nut mixture. Serve with crackers.
