Title: Curly Maple's Applesauce Muffins

1 1/2 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | c | Butter or margarine, softened |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | c | Flour |
1 | ts | Baking powder |
1 | ts | Ground cinnamon |
1/2 | ts | Baking soda |
1/2 | ts | Ground cloves |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1 | c | Applesauce |
In a mixing bowl, cream sugar and butter by hand. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine dry ingredients. Add to the creamed mixture alternately with applesauce. Mix just unitl combined. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups 2/3s full. Bake at 350 f. for 20-25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. MC formatting by bobbi744@sojourn.com
