1 | pk | Yellow cake mix, (or white) |
1 | c | Egg Beaters® 99% egg substitute |
1 3/4 | c | Skim milk |
1/2 | c | Oat bran |
1/2 | c | Wheat bran, (or 7-grain cereal) |
1/4 | c | Splenda |
2 | tb | Cornstarch, custard mix |
Preheat oven to 350. Blend all ingredients two minutes at medium-high
speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Turn batter into two medium loaf pans
and bake 15 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched.
