6 | c | Cubed unpeeled Red Delicious apples |
1/2 | c | Raisins |
1/3 | c | Walnuts, chopped |
1/2 | c | Vanilla Low-fat Yogurt |
2 | tb | Honey |
Combine apples, raisins and walnuts in a bowl; toss gently. Combine yogurt and honey in bowl; stir well. Add to apple mixture; toss gently to coat. Cover and chill 1 hour (serving size 3/4 cup)
