Title: Egg N' Mushroom Omelet

1 | | Egg, med; beaten |
1/4 | c | Canned mushrooms; chopped |
| | Dash of hot sauce or to taste |
1 | ts | Dehydrated onion flakes; crumbled |
1 | ts | Parsley flakes |
1/4 | ts | Paprika or to taste |
In a bowl combine egg, mushrooms, hot sauw, onion flakes and parsley. Pour
into a preheated non-stick skillet. Bring mixture quickly together with
spatula towards center before egg is completely set. Sprinkle top with
paprika. Turn and cook top side. Serve hot. I'm not sure if this is a WW
recipe but it will fit the program.
