1 | | Sweet pepper; diced |
1 | | Onion - diced |
1 | | Fresh tomato, diced, unpeel. |
| | Mixed chinese veggies, fresh Or frozen. |
1 | pn | Rosemary |
1 | pn | Sweet basil |
1 | pn | Chervil |
| | Eggs or egg substitute for as many as are being served. |
| | Diced ham |
| | Cheddar cheese; 2 slices - diced. |
In a wok or frying pan, sprayed with Pam, toss pepper, onion, tomato,
chinese veggies and spices. When all veggies are slightly cooked - about 5
minutes on a medium flame. Lower flame and add eggs to suite the amount to
feed the recipients. This so far will suit a vegetarian. If not vegetarian
then add a couple of slices of diced ham and couple of slices of diced
cheddar cheese or any type of cheese flavored to suit the people eating it.
