Title: Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream

3 | c | Carnation evaporated milk, |
Undiluted, two 12-oz cans | ||
1 1/4 | c | Libbys Solid Pack Pumpkin |
16-oz can | ||
1 1/2 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | ts | Pumpkin pie spice |
1/8 | ts | Salt |
In blender container, place evaporated milk, pumpkin, sugar, pumpkin pie spie and salt; blend on low speed. Pour into ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacture's instructions. VARIATIONS: For fruit or berry ice ream, combine in large bowl, 2 cups fruit pulp, 3 cups evaporated milk, 1 1/2 cups of sugar, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, and 1/8 tsp of salt. Freeze as above...Makes about 1 1/2 to 2 quarts. NUTRIENTS: per 1/2 cup serving. Calories 195, Fat 5g, Sodium 90mg, Cholestrol 19mg.
