2tbLemon juice
2tbCider vinegar
1tbCatsup
2tsCanola oil
1/4cWhite grape juice concentrate
1/4tsSweet paprika
1/2tsDry mustard
1tsDried leaf basil
1/4tsOnion powder
2tsCanola oil
1lbBoneless, skinless chicken pieces
1cFresh green seedless grapes

Marinade:

Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add chicken, cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Spray a non-stick skillet with vegetable cooking spray. Heat; add oil and chicken pieces, lightly brown. Add marinade, cover and simmer about 15 minutes. Add grapes, cook until heated. Serve at once.
