2 | tb | Butter or liquid Butter Buds |
1 | tb | Olive Oil |
3/4 | lb | Italian Sausage; medium spicy; skin removed; chop* |
3/4 | c | Red wine |
2 | c | Tomato sauce salt to taste pepper to taste |
2 | ts | Butter or liquid Butter Buds |
1/4 | c | Parmesan cheese |
Cook pasta as directed. Heat butter and oil in a skillet; add chopped onion
and saute' until soft. Cook chopped Italian sausage until done; about 5
minutes. Add wine; tomato sauce; salt and pepper; butter and cook
approximately 10 minutes or until thick. Add pasta and toss well. Saute' an
additional 2 minutes. Sprinkle parmesan on pasta and serve. Source: IL
