1/2 | c | Flour |
| | Pinch salt |
2 | tb | Salad oil |
1 | tb | ;water, ice |
Stir all of the ingredients together in a bowl with a fork. Knead the
mixture lightly until the pastry forms a ball. Wrap it in waxed paper and
chill thoroughly. Roll the dough out on a lightly floured board. If
prebaking, bake in a preheated 425 oven 10-12 minutes, until golden. This
will line an 8" pie plate. For a two crust pie, double the recipe. Per
