1pkBrown/wild rice mix
2tbPimiento; chopped
12ozCrabmeat; flaked
1/2cKraft non-fat mayo
6ozShrimp; cooked
1tbLemon juice
1/2cFrozen peas; thaw
1tsCurry powder
1/2cOnion; chopped
  Lettuce
  Cherry tomatoes

Cook rice according to pkg. directions. Combine rice, crabmeat, shrimp, peas, onion, and pimiento; stir lightly. Combine mayo., lemon juice and curry powder; stir into crab mixture. Cover and chill.
