2 | tb | Pimiento; chopped |
12 | oz | Crabmeat; flaked |
1/2 | c | Kraft non-fat mayo |
6 | oz | Shrimp; cooked |
1 | tb | Lemon juice |
1/2 | c | Frozen peas; thaw |
1 | ts | Curry powder |
1/2 | c | Onion; chopped |
| | Lettuce |
| | Cherry tomatoes |
Cook rice according to pkg. directions. Combine rice, crabmeat, shrimp,
peas, onion, and pimiento; stir lightly. Combine mayo., lemon juice and
curry powder; stir into crab mixture. Cover and chill. Serve on lettuce
leaves; garnish with tomatoes. I adapted this from a recipe clipped from
