2 | c | Fresh raspberries |
1 | c | Sliced fresh strawberries |
8 | oz | Carton vanilla low-fat yogurt |
1 | c | Unsweetened orange juice |
1/4 | c | Rose wine |
2 | tb | Powdered sugar |
1 | ts | Grated orange rind |
Place raspberries and strawberries in container of an electric blender or food processor; top with cover, and process until smooth. Strain fruit mixture and discard seeds.
Place strained fruit mixture in container of blender. Add yogurt, orange juice, wine, powdered suar, and orange rind; top with cover, and process until smooth. Pour mixture into a bowl. Cover and chill thoroughly.
