Title: Low Fat Ranch Dressing

Yield: 1 Cup

1/2cNonfat cottage cheese
1/4cButtermilk
1/2tsParsley flakes
1/2tsGarlic powder
1/2tsOnion powder
1/4tsGarlic salt
1/4tsSugar
1/2tsSeasoned salt
 dsPepper

Combine cottage cheese and buttermilk in blender and blend until smooth. Add parsley, garlic and onion powders, garlic salt, sugar, seasoned salt, and pepper. Blend until thoroughly mixed. Makes about 2/3 cup dressing.
