Title: Low-Fat Remoulade Sauce

Yield: 1 1/4 cups
1 | c | Plain low-fat yogurt |
2 | tb | Mayonnaise |
2 | tb | Grainy-style Dijon mustard |
1 | tb | Fresh chives; finely chopped |
1 | tb | Capers; divided |
2 | ts | Lemon juice |
1/2 | ts | Dried tarragon; crumbled |
Salt and white pepper |
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Chill to blend flavors. Use as a sauce for crab cakes or other fish.
