Title: Low-Fat Remoulade Sauce
Categories: Sauce Lowcal
Yield: 1 1/4 cups

1cPlain low-fat yogurt
2tbMayonnaise
2tbGrainy-style Dijon mustard
1tbFresh chives; finely chopped
1tbCapers; divided
2tsLemon juice
1/2tsDried tarragon; crumbled
  Salt and white pepper

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Chill to blend flavors. Use as a sauce for crab cakes or other fish.
