Title: Sublimely Garlicky Crab Cakes

FROM JONI'S KITCHEN
6ozCrabmeat;canned or frozen
3 Slices Bread; toasted
3 Eggs;soft boiled
  Onion powder to taste
1/8tsGarlic Lover's Herb Blend
1/8tsDehydrated onion flakes
1dsPepper
  Parsley flakes to taste
  Paprika to taste
1/4cLow-sodium chicken bouillon

Crumble toast and mix with eggs and chicken bouillon. then mix with all other ingredients and divide into three custard-type baking dishes. Bake at 350^ for 20 minutes. Per Serving: 219 calores; 7 g fat; 200 mg sodium; 262 mg cholesterol Source:Skinny Spices by Erica Levy Klein
