6 | oz | Crabmeat;canned or frozen |
3 | | Slices Bread; toasted |
3 | | Eggs;soft boiled |
| | Onion powder to taste |
1/8 | ts | Garlic Lover's Herb Blend |
1/8 | ts | Dehydrated onion flakes |
1 | ds | Pepper |
| | Parsley flakes to taste |
| | Paprika to taste |
1/4 | c | Low-sodium chicken bouillon |
Crumble toast and mix with eggs and chicken bouillon. then mix with all
other ingredients and divide into three custard-type baking dishes. Bake at
350^ for 20 minutes. Per Serving: 219 calores; 7 g fat; 200 mg sodium; 262
