Title: Pizza Craver's Pizza

FROM JONI'S KITCHEN
1/3cTomato juice; no salt added
1/4tsOnion flakes; more or less
  Salt substitute to taste
1/4tsMama Mia Pizza Blend; more
  Or less from 1/8 to 1/4
1/4tsGarlic powder; more or less
1tsLemon juice
4ozSalmon;canned-flaked
1 Slice white bread;low-cal
3tbMushrooms;canned or fresh

Simmer tomato juice with all seasonings and lemon juice. Break bread in very small pieces and put in bowl with salmon. Pour simmered mixture over bread and salmon and mix thoroughly. Press into 6 inch baking dish sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray. arrange mushrooms on top. Bake in 350^ oven for 15 minutes. Per Serving: 232 calories; 7.4 g fat; 157 mg sodium; 68 mg cholesterol
