1/3 | c | Tomato juice; no salt added |
1/4 | ts | Onion flakes; more or less |
Salt substitute to taste | ||
1/4 | ts | Mama Mia Pizza Blend; more |
Or less from 1/8 to 1/4 | ||
1/4 | ts | Garlic powder; more or less |
1 | ts | Lemon juice |
4 | oz | Salmon;canned-flaked |
1 | Slice white bread;low-cal | |
3 | tb | Mushrooms;canned or fresh |
Simmer tomato juice with all seasonings and lemon juice. Break bread in very small pieces and put in bowl with salmon. Pour simmered mixture over bread and salmon and mix thoroughly. Press into 6 inch baking dish sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray. arrange mushrooms on top. Bake in 350^ oven for 15 minutes. Per Serving: 232 calories; 7.4 g fat; 157 mg sodium; 68 mg cholesterol
