1 | ts | Mama Mia Pizza Blend |
1 | Clove garlic:or more, | |
To taste, and chop fine | ||
2 | ts | White Worcestershire Sauce |
Simmer all ingredients together in pan or wok for 15 minutes. Serve hot with a garnish of fresh parsley or twist of lemon rind. Per Serving: 63 calories; .68 g fat; 176 mg sodium; 20 mg cholesterol
