1lbBroccoli
1c-water;salted with salt
  Substitute
2tbLemon juice
1 Clove garlic;minced
1/4tsMama Mia Pizza Spice
1/4tsSalt substitute
  Black pepper to taste

Trim Broccoli and simmer for 20 minutes in salted water until tender. Combine and heat remaining ingredients and pour over broccoli. Per Serving: 53 calories; .58 g fat; 42 mg sodium; 0 mg cholesterol.
