Title: Curry-Apricot Dip

1 | ts | Diet margarine |
1/4 | c | Minced onion |
1/2 | c | Drained canned apricots |
1 1/2 | ts | Curry powder |
1 | c | Diet sour cream |
Melt margarine in a skillet. Saute' onion in margarine until onion is
transparent. Add apricots and curry powder. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, mashing
apricots with a fork. Cool. Combine apricot mixture and sour cream in a
bowl. Cover bowl and chill in refrigerator for at least one hour, to let
the curry flavor develop. About 135 calories per serving. (Several years
