Title: Zaporozhste Yogurt Chicken

1tbLemon juice
2tsYellow mustard
2 Bay leaves
1cCarrots shredded
1tsDill fresh, chopped
2lgCloves garlic, crushed
1tsNutmeg
1/2tsThyme
1 1/2cYogurt,plain
1 1/2cPlain breadcrumbs
4 Chicken breast; skinned & boned
  Salt & pepper; to taste

Put yogurt in medium-sized bowl. Add lemon juice, mustard, garlic, and other spices. Mix thoroughly. Place breadcrumbs in separate bowl. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Dip each breast first into yogurt mixture, cover- ing top and bottom. Next, roll each piece in bread crumbs, coating the chicken. Bake in a 350 degree F pre-heated oven for 45 minutes. Serve with either rice or noodles.
