1 | tb | Minced Parsley |

1 | ts | Minced Tarragon |

Buttered Bread Crumbs |
Mix the shrimp, cracker crumbs, onion,parsley, butter, tarragon, salt and egg together. Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture, sprinkle with buttered crumbs and bake in a 350øF oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
