Title: Baked Cauliflower

1lgCauliflower
1 Onion -- diced
2tbParsley -- chopped
1 Clove garlic -- minced
16ozStewed tomatoes
1/2tsSalt
1/4tsPepper
1/4cGrated Parmesan cheese --
  Optional

Break cauliflower into small florets. Combine everything in a casserole dish. Coveer and bake at 350F for about 40 min., or till te nder.
